Rachel Khoo is a lovely lady from Croydon, she was determined to get to grips with French cooking, so to learn more she moved to Paris, not speaking a word of French, and enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu, the world-famous cookery school. Anyone else completely jealous?
Rachel still lives in Paris and I have enjoyed reading her tweets for a while. I'm excited her new book 'The Little Paris Kitchen: Classic French recipes with a fresh and fun approach' is now available on Amazon.
There is also a six part TV show to accompany the book. 'The Little Paris Kitchen: Cooking with Rachel Khoo' starts on BBC 2 on Monday at 8.30pm.
I'm looking forward to learning some French recipes but also seeing the markets and shops in Paris that are featured in the show.
This looks perfect. A half hour French cookery programme & able to be snuggled in bed by 9.30.
